Since the issue is not yet resolved, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, you'd be added to the newly created investigation about the incorrect Sales Tax Liability report (INV - 49070).

2. Click Contact Us.
3. Type in your concern in the dialogue box.
4. Hit Let's talk.
5. You can either choose Start messaging or Get a Callback to get a representative.
