Buy nowI'm having the same issue. The issue isn't with the Company Info, it's with the Business Owner Info under the "Payments" tab of Account & Settings. My issue is that the Business Owner's "Mobile Phone Number" is off by one digit and that number does not exist; therefore, I cannot get a call or text to that phone number. My personal Intuit Account Manager info is correct, and I have already faxed the "Address/Phone/Fax/Email Change Request Form" but that is only good for the company information, again, not the Business Owner Info. I need to update the Business Owner Info in order to update the Bank Account (which sends a confirmation call/text to a non-existent phone number).
