Since the investigation is closed as resolved, and you're still experiencing the issue, I recommend contacting our technical support team. They have the tools available to review your account in a secure environment, and investigate this issue to reopen the ticket. I've included the steps below to contact support. 

 

1. Sign into your QuickBooks account. 

2. From the Help (?) menu, hit Contact Us.

3. Enter your concern, then hit Let's talk

4. Choose the way you want to connect with us (Callback, Chat, Etc.).
