I'll be glad to show you how you can get a similar details when sending the invoice from QBO. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Look for the invoice template and click Edit under the Action column.
- Proceed to the Content tab, then click body of the sample invoice in the right hand corner.
- Click Show more activity options.
- Check the box for Show progress on line items.
- Click Done.
