- Select Manage users.
- Find your name, then click Edit under the Action column.

- Click Save.
After that, you need to log out and sign back in to make sure the update is implemented.
However, if you're the master or company admin and you're unable to access the All Sales page, I'd recommend performing some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual system responses. First, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
Once signed in, go to the Sales menu, then select the All Sales tab. If you're able to view all your sales transactions, you can go ahead and perform the steps provided by my colleague above.
