I appreciate you for providing the screenshot and the detailed info about your All Sales page above, @baron2. With this, I'm able to determine the cause of the issue and provide you with the exact resolution.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are different user types and levels of account access. Based on the screenshot above, it seems like you aren't permitted to view the account's invoices. If you're a standard user in QBO, you'll have to contact the administrator of the account. Then, let them update your user permission. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Find your name, then click Edit under the Action column.
  4. In the window that appears, choose all the necessary details.
  5. Click Save.

After that, you need to log out and sign back in to make sure the update is implemented.

However, if you're the master or company admin and you're unable to access the All Sales page, I'd recommend performing some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual system responses. First, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, go to the Sales menu, then select the All Sales tab. If you're able to view all your sales transactions, you can go ahead and perform the steps provided by my colleague above. Then, return to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. This way, you're able to refresh the system and delete older data that cause viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers in viewing your invoices that are older than 365 days.

Additionally, QuickBooks automatically calculates your sales tax when you make a sale. To help you in sorting the 2019 - 2020 sales tax returns, here's an article that provides you the complete details about how the system calculates your sales tax: Learn how QuickBooks Online calculates sales tax. It also contains special tax scenarios to further guide you with your tax return.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
