The function to allow accountants create templates for their clients are added under the Work menu. Let me show you how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
2. Select Work on the left menu and click the Manage templates button.
3. Click the Create template button and enter the template name and details.
4. Click the Add a task and select Save template.
