I have it set so that when I send an invoice, I get a copy sent to me. I also set up a Smart Mailbox for them. For some reason back in April, they stopped arriving.

I have checked in Accounts and Settings and I the check box checked to "send me a copy." In May or June I talked to support and I also put my email in the BCC field. But no joy. I haven't received anything in my Smart Mailbox since April except one time when I manually redirected an invoice to my personal email address. I really need this feature.
