I've read the entire thread, and I can see that all possible troubleshooting steps have already been shared with you, kkirchner841.

 

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to our phone or chat support teams. They'll take a closer look at your company setup to determine why the phone number is not formatting correctly. Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu and click Contact Us.
  2. Let them know that you need help with your customer statements , then click Let's talk.
  3. Click Get a call or Start messaging if you want to start a chat session.

Please take note that due to the ongoing pandemic, our phone and chat support channels are only open between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday-Friday, and from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday. Here's a quick guide for more details: Support hours and types.
