Buy nowAfter two days of communication between Intuit and Melio Payments, it seems clear that Intuit is forcing a subscriber to use the Melio Online Bill Payment service without a user consent. QBO doesn't provide an option to disable Melio payment. Only work around is to click a tiny drop down button to mark it as Paid. This is absolutely disaster and fooling Intuit users. Intuit appears desperate to profit from "Schedule Payment" option. As this is a clear deceptive tactic and it doesn't offer a user to disable it, there are two remedies we can:
1. File a complain to FTC as a deceptive practice
2. File a class action lawsuit as many users here already wasted countless hours to avoid clicking "Schedule Payment"
Filing a complaint to FTC is easy process and I hope we will get some attention instead of this robotic reply.
