In QuickBooks Online, you have the option to use your company email or a different email when sending your forms to your customer. You can enter this information on the Accounts and Settings page.
Here's how:
- From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
- Select the Company tab.
- In the Contact info section, click the Pencil icon.
- Uncheck the Same as company email checkbox.
- Enter the new email address in the Customer-facing email field.
- Select Save and Done.
