The Price Rules is a beta feature in QuickBooks Online Plus which is currently available for US regions. There's is a possibility that you've signed up for a different region. Hence, the beta feature is not available even if you are already subscribed to QBO Plus.

 

If you have subscribed to QBO Plus for US region, the Home Currency should be United States Dollar by default. 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Advanced tab and go to the Currency section.
  3. You should see United States Dollar as the Home Currency.

If you have changed the home currency to get the correct one, that explains why we don't have the beta feature. Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to further review your account.

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the details of your concern and select Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to speak with them (phone or chat).
  4. Enter the necessary details to complete the request.
