The Price rule features in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app is currently unavailable. You can only apply and set this up when you're using QBO in a web browser.
Before you create a price rule, you'll need to turn on this feature in QBO.
Here's how:
- Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Sales tab.
- In the Products and Services section, hit Edit.
- Click the Turn on price rules Beta checkmark.
- Tick Save and then Done.
