As my colleague @Maybelle_S mentioned above, we have an ongoing investigation for your concern. If you haven't contacted our Technical Support team yet, please do so. They can add you to the list of our affected users. This way, you'll receive a notification email whenever an update becomes available. 

Here's how:

1. On your QuickBooks homepage, go to the Help menu.
2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Tap the Contact us button.
