I have not been able to print invoices this week. Does QB know which users are affected? How can I be sure to get the update when it's available? *My printer: HP Laser Jet 1536dnf MFP*

BTW, I feel like making invoices by hand is a horrible recommendation. Especially from a software company. I am fortunate enough to have access to another printer in the same building which QB can print to. If you don't have another printer you could use print preview of your invoice, take a screenshot ("Print Screen" button on keyboard), open the "Paint" app and paste it (ctrl+v). After this use the Select tool to select just the area you want to see and press the crop button. After this, just print the image (tutorial link below). Because, your printer isn't busted. Just QB.
