Routines were removed from QuickBooks on January 9th, 2020. So at this time, if you want to use Routines, then you’ll need to change your plan to QuickBooks Online Advanced to get this feature. Here's a Community Article that you can refer to so that you can learn more about Workflows and Routines in QuickBooks Online.
