Hi there, @NWTEL.

 

I'd be glad to help you print an envelope in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Before you print letters and envelopes, you'll need first to review the envelopes to confirm that there are no occurrences of missing information.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Choose Print.
  3. Click Next and select the options for size.
  4. If everything is already okay, you can print it already.

Also, you can get existing templates in QuickBooks Desktop, I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Company menu.
  2. Choose Prepare Letters with Envelopes.
  3. Select Customize Letter Templates.
  4. Click View or Edit Existing Letter Templates, then choose Next.
  5. Select for the Types of Letters.
  6. In the Letter Template available box, locate the old template then click Next.
  7. Click Use Template to save your work.

If you already set this up, and you still got the same error, you can use our QuickBooks Tool Hub and run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool. This way we can check what's causing the issue.
