I can walk you through on how you can have the specific person receive the invoice of the particular customer in QuickBooks Online.

When you set up an email as a Carbon Copy (CC) for invoices in QuickBooks Online, all the entries sent will be received by email that you've entered.

In your case, I suggest adding the email address of the particular person on the customer's profile or in the entry itself. This way, he will be able to receive all the invoice transactions of the said customer. Make sure that the email addresses are separated with commas (,).
