This is still under investigation, richard b.

 

As of now, it's recommended to run the reports manually. Here's how:

  1. From the Reports menu, select Memorized and click Memorized Report List.
  2. Type the Report name you want to assign the report.  
  3. Click the Display
  4. On the upper corner tap E-mail, choose either send report as Excel or send report as PDF.

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
