@RenjolynC   It's cute how you seriously think you're posting information we ALL don't already have, and STILL DIDN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.  (Sarcasm intended) 

I requested TWO chats, so I didn't have to tie up the phone line.  NO ONE HAS RESPONDED to my request.  NO ONE at Intuit is of ANY help.  This post is NOT a request for ANYONE to tell me how to "contact" Intuit.  I know how!!  No chat response and NO callback ever happens.
