Thanks for joining the thread, @i_garrison.

 

I can help you print all of your paid invoices. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.

  2. Select Customers & Receivables, then choose Transaction List by Customer.

  3. Click Customize Report.

  4. Select the Filters tab.

  5. Search Transaction.

  6. Click Transaction Type drop-down arrow, then choose Invoice.

  7. Search Paid Status, then choose Closed.

  8. From the search bar, type Detail Level, then choose All except summary.

  9. Click OK.

  10. Once done, click the Print drop-down arrow then choose Report.

  11. From the Print Reports window, select Print.
