We can pull a report that'll show not only the current data but also the prior month and prior YTD. You don't need to export different reports. In QuickBooks Online, we can customize them to get the details we need. You can follow these steps:
- Search and select the Profit and Loss report on the Reports tab.
- Select Months under the Display columns by drop-down.
- From the Compare another period drop-down, check the Year-to-date (YTD), Previous year-to-date (PY YTD), and the % of Income.
- Click Run report.
