Let's make sure that you're signed in to your Intuit account. As a part of the updated releases of QuickBooks Desktop, signing into your Intuit account will allow the software to remember your credentials. You can do this from the My Company page. To note, you'll have to type your email password one additional time for it to be saved. Here's how to enter your credentials for your Intuit account:

  1. In the left-hand menu, press on My Company.
  2. In the top-right of the window, click on Sign In.
  3. Enter your Intuit account credentials.

That's all there's to it! After completing this, then you won't have to enter your email password for each Invoice you send out.
