Also-- addendum to my above message:  When I use the help feature to figure out how to duplicate templates, the instructions tell me to go to lists, templates, select the one I want to duplicate, right click and then select "duplicate" from the drop down menu, then select the template I want top apply it to.  Except the word "duplicate" is not in my drop down list, anywhere..... 

Very frustrating.
