Thank you for your prompt reply, as well as providing additional details on your query. As for your previous reply, it's located on this same thread. 

 

Going back to your query, the weekly timesheets you record on a project can be found on the Projects tab. That's where you can create an invoice and link all those billable time, so you won't need to manually enter them. Given that you've already entered a weekly timesheet, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Projects tab. 
  2. Click the appropriate project.
  3. Tap the Transactions tab.
  4. You'll find a list of Time Charge transactions.
  5. Hit the Create invoice link beside any of them.
  6. On the new invoice that appears, you'll be able to add all related billable time for that project. 
  7. Press Save and close when done.
