Yes, you can! You'll just have to enter the bill's number of hours and its rate in the Item details drop-down. I'll guide you on how to do it:

1. Click the +New button then select Bill under the Vendors section.
2. Enter the Vendor name, date of the bill, and other needed details.
3. Fill out necessary information such as the quantity (QTY), Rate, etc. under the Item drop-down ▼ .
4. Make sure to check the Billable field.
5. Hit Save or Save and Close once done.
