Let's try to few basic troubleshooting steps to help resolve the blank screen you're receiving. Clearing your browsing data will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh new page to remove any errors or glitches that may stand in the way. Here's how to in the Google Chrome browser: 

 

  1. Go to the Three Vertical Dots in the top right-hand corner of the browser. 
  2. Select History and then History again. 
  3. Press Clear Browsing Data
  4. Choose All Time in the "Time Range" section. 
  5. Hit Clear Data

 

Afterward, log back into your account and try to contact our Customer Support Team. You can follow my colleague's steps that they provided above, or you can click on the support link that I have given you.
