Since you've had difficulty exporting your data, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They'll be able to access your account and help you with the process so that you can have your data in your QuickBooks Desktop account. I'll list the steps below:
- Click on the Help (?) icon.
- Select Contact Us.
- Type Export Data in the box and press Let's Talk.
- Choose Get a callback and enter your contact info.
An agent will be in contact with your shortly to help you obtain your data for exporting.
