Hello, @Jennifer61.

You'll have to print the previous checks via  Microsoft XPS Document Writer. This way it will clear out the queue that we're old in QuickBooks account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the File menu bar, then select Print Forms.
  2. Choose Paychecks.
  3. On the Select Paychecks to Print, mark the radio button for Both.
  4. Select all the paychecks you'll want to print and click on OK.
  5. In the Print Invoices screen, choose Microsoft XPS Document Writer on PORTPROMPT in the Printer name: drop-down.
  6. Choose a folder where you want to save the file.
  7. Hit Save.

I'm attaching this article about troubleshooting PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop it provides a step-by-step process on how to fix printing issues.

Also, if you need help in navigating your QuickBooks Desktop account you can browse our Help articles it provides topics that might help you in the future.
