I can see that this is a feedback to use the suggested lay-out standard from Positive Pay. As of the moment, you can head over to QuickBooks Desktop Apps. This community page has the right specialization in regards to a third-party applications for the positive pay file.

You can post there and let our product managers know about this suggestion, so that they can assess this for future product updates.
