For some reason you might have trouble deleting the payment if you deposit it to undeposited fund. However, I can walk you through fix this concern. Here's how:

1. Click the Accountant menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. On the search bar, type Undeposited Funds and open it.
3. Delete the deposit transaction for your undeposited fund.
4. Choose the payment you want to delete.
5. Click the X icon to delete the transaction.
6. Hit OK.
7. Select Save & Close.
