Buy nowMy customer pays using Zelle, the online payment app. His 8-19 deposit is in my bank. The customer section has the payment under his account. The payment does not appear in my checking account. It was deposited to undeposited funds. When I click on the payment in the customer register I am taken to a customer payment screen with the amounts from 9-19, 10-19, and 11-19. However there is nothing for 8-19. How do I get this payment into my checking account? I can only delete this payment if I can access the original deposit, but there is nothing in checking for August.
