You have some fantastic ideas to add to the report feature, and I'll make sure to pass them along to our Development Team personally. They will then decide if the function for reports will be helpful to you and other users. In the meantime, you have the right idea about exporting the memorized reports to Excel and applying the service rates there. You can also check out our blog page for any new updates for QuickBooks.
