Let me give you a specific report that could run a transaction by the class that includes the check number and bill-payment check number.

The Columns must have the Type, Date, Num, Name, Account, Class, Split, Debit, and Credit.

Let me show you how:

1. Go to Reports and then select Custom Reports.
2. Choose Transaction Detail.
   
    
3. Include the columns Type, Date, Num, Name, Account, Class, Split, Debit, and Credit to show the table structure.
4. The Total by should be Payment Method and sort the report by Class.
5. You can also select the Advanced Options to include All and Open Balance/Aging Report Date (if necessary).
6. Click OK.
   

This is what it looks like when you've run this report. Specified or personalize reports should be run by using Custom Reports.
