This is not the experience that we want you to have. Updates about the investigation on the issue with customized invoice templates were closed as resolved. Also, fix are directly applied to your account. You'll also be notified about it via email.

 

Let's ensure to assign the invoice that you want to use as the default custom invoice style before creating an invoice. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose the Custom Form Style.
  3. Locate the invoice template you want to use.
  4. From the Action column, click the drop-down menu.
  5. Select Make
