My question is why has it been over a year and Quickbooks still has not resolved this issue. I have filed numerous complaints on the same exact problem and the only thing they continually tell me is that you are on the list of effected. However if they are working on the same issue for over a year now it seems to me that the need new engineers to resolve the problem exponentially. They don't seem to have a problem withdrawing the monthly fee on my account on a regular basis, but it's been a year they still can not resolve this issue. Currently looking for a new means of sending invoices and discontinuing my account.
