Let's try a few steps that can help us check if a browser issue is automatically putting your company's shipping address in the Shipping from field. Here's how:
Log in to your account in a private/incognito browsing session. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito session:
Once done, create an invoice to check if the Shipping from field is already blank and would let you enter a new address. If that's successful, proceed to deleting your browsing history to clear out the cache that;s causing the issue.
