Buy nowWe drop ship items from various places directly to our customer. It is not feasible to create a template each time we need a new address, as it can change on every invoice we send out. There is a blank box in each invoice to allow for us to enter a Shipping From address. Last week, this box defaulted to our company's shipping address and we were able to change it on each invoice as we were completing the invoice. Now, this box is blank and won't let me add a new address (see the attached). Why has this changed? Seems like a glitch in the software, and not a mistake that I am making.
