At this point the best option would be to contact support. There may be an ongoing investigation as to why you aren't able to see that feature. You can reach out to either chat or phone support by following these steps:
- Click the Help button on the top of the screen.
- Select Contact Us from the drop-down menu
- Write your question and select your way to connect with us.
