Let me guide you to the right support who'll be able to assist you further in turning off the Schedule Payment showing up for your bills, @bdvita.

 

I understand the frustration it takes when something isn't working the way it uses to. The current investigation about this problem was already tagged as closed and resolved by our engineers. To turn off the feature and for you to pay your bills manually, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team. They'll be able to check this further for you and review why the Schedule Payment option is showing up on your bills instead of Make Payment.

  2. Enter a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with? section.
  3. Click on Let's talk.
