After reviewing this thread, since the steps provided by my colleagues weren't successful, let's try logging in to your account through Internet Explorer and then deleting the URL and copying and pasting it.
Here's how:
- Go to Internet Explorer and login to your QB Online account.
- Once you're logged in delete the original URL.
- Copy and paste the export URL.
