I’m here to back you up with customizing your invoice, tylerd.
 
You can modify your invoice details by using QuickBooks’ customize feature and save it for future use. Let me guide you through this.
 
Here’s how:
 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Click the New style button drop-down menu and choose Invoice.
  4. Enter the customized invoice you’ll create in the blank box under the Design tab.
  5. Go to the Emails tab and along with the box for Use greeting.
  6. Click on the drop-down menu for how you will address them, then choose [FullName].
  7. Verify the details and click Done. (See the screenshot below for additional reference)

 


Now you can use your customized invoice on your transaction. Here’s a screenshot for your reference.
