Thanks for the update and the screenshot, @Pii-GC.

 

If following my colleagues steps didn't work, I recommend saving your Company File and going through these super easy troubleshooting steps. This will automatically fix any printing issues that could be preventing the lines from coming back:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop).
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
  6. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, hit Program Problems.
  7. Click QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. It will take about a minute to run.
  8. Attempt to print, email, or save as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop again.
