Just like what my peer @ReymondO stated above, Intuit products have a 3-year cycle.
With that said, if you're using versions 2017 and older, then you'll have to purchase a supported version for your desired feature to work.
Otherwise, if you're using version 2018 or higher, then I suggest for you to set up a secure webmail connection.
Here's how:
- Go to the Edit menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Tap Send Forms.
- Hit Web Mail, then Add.
- Choose your provider from the drop-down menu and enter your email address.
- Select the Use Enhanced Security checkbox and select OK. (Uncheck this box if you receive the error message: Network Error. Please try again.)
- When prompted, sign in to your Intuit account.
You also have an option to use an alternative email address to see if that works for you.
