I understand how it feels when a feature isn't working as you've expected. The Price Rules Beta feature is currently available for our United States registered users. It isn't available for other regions at the moment.
If your product is registered in the US, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
- Open your browser's private window. A private window disables the cache, which is the usual cause of unexpected behaviors on browsers.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
- If the issue persists, open an alternative browser.
