Thanks for visiting the Community, @FM5. I can see the urgency of seeing all your old invoices and payments to keep track of your old transactions.

Let's customize the date in the Filter menu so you can change the year to view your transactions older than 365 days. Here's how:

  1. In the Sales menu, select All Sales
  2. Click the Filter, then ensure to select items in these following fields:
  • Type - Invoices
  • Status - Choose if you want to view Open, Overdue, and Paid
  • Date - Select Custom, then enter the date From and To
  • Customer - Select a specific customer. You can also select All.

     3. Click Apply when done.

You can also run the Invoices and Received Payments report, then customize the date in the Report period section. Follow the steps in this article: Run reports.

For future reference, watch this quick video tutorial in this link: How to Track What Customers Owe You: Accounts Receivables & More to help you learn about how to track what customers owe you.
