I recommend you get in touch with our QBO Care Team since they can add the company in a secure space. Here’s how:
- Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
- This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
- Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
- Choose how you want to contact our QBO Care Team: Message an agent or Get a callback.
- Provide the following number to expedite the process: INV-24608.
