When converting your estimate to invoice, edit the invoice so the posting date will be when the items are delivered. Let me guide you how.
- Go to Sales.
- In the Customers tab, click on the customer name.
- Select the invoice to open it up.
- Update the invoice date.
- Click on Save and close.
