It's now 2020 and this problem is till not resolved.  I've been asking about this since July 2019 and the QB response has always been that their developers are working on it.  I have not been able to run any of the reports I need since July and now I can't run my year end reports.  This is extremely frustrating and horrible customer service.  When will this be resolved?
