I can help you record your donations. We can create an invoice or sales receipt to the donations that you've received. First, let's make sure to create a dedicated account for your donations. Here's how:

  1. Select Accounting from the sidebar menu, then click the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Hit New, then choose the Income account type.
  3. Select Non-Profit Income from the Detail type drop-down list.
  4. Enter the necessary information.
  5. Click Save and Close.

Then, we can customize the Transaction List by Customer Report to view the donations. Check out the steps below:

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. Search Transaction List by Customer Report.
  3. Hit Customize.
  4. Set the appropriate report date.
  5. Click Filter.
  6. Select Invoice and Sales Receipt from the Transaction Type drop-down list, then hit Run report.

To save the current customization settings of your report, you can use the memorize feature.
