Currently, we have an ongoing issue where users like having troubles in printing your checks. Rest assured that we've already informed out engineers about this and they're working for a fix as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you may want to consider printing your checks using other supported browsers. Some unexpected behaviors may be related to your current browser you're using.
In addition, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter Unable to Align and Print Checks in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback, Chat, or Call us.
Once you've been added to the list, you'll receive all available updates about this investigation through your email.
